I believe in Prayer , but let's also remember the good LORD helps those that help themselves. So in essence and I could be wrong but my interpretation of this is move in the direction of your prayers and please don't forget to very detailed with your ask. Basically praying and standing still will not help you. Movement, being in motion is the key ,be mindful the movement that I refer to can be figurative and literal depending upon what the prayer entails. So start making moves towards your prayer..If your prayer is to loose weight and you have not changed your diet nor started an exercise regiment. So how much do you really want what you are praying for 🤔
